I have been studying yoga, meditation, Wicca and Reiki healing for the last 20 years. I believe strongly that we are the guides in our own lives, and that we have all the answers we need hidden in some place deep within. My intention for this retreat is to bring you into contact with your higher seat of consciousness – the Light Within you that is always on. I believe in a balanced approach to healing, which includes feeling and releasing emotional pain, taking time to sit in vulnerability, and finally picking yourself up and deciding it is time to walk forward and shed the skin of who you once were. Please join me on this magical ride through Thailand, and allow me to be a part of your journey!
