This is an introductory class to trail running and is NOT for the elite runner, it is for people who run casually and for fun.
"I've been a trail runner for about 8 years and have completed several 50km events- which have all taken place on the trail! The only reason I was able to stick with running was that I found the right coach who taught me that you follow your own pace, not anyone else's. With this series, I aim to help beginners & intermediate runners to become comfortable running at their own pace. No one will ever be left behind, the environment is that of support & not intimidation."
