This is an introductory class to trail running, complemented by a great yoga class afterwards. This class is NOT for the elite runner, it is for people who run casually and for fun. We run together, and we don't race in class!
Enjoy a casual and social run, followed by some delicious yoga to stretch it all out!
Nicole has been a trail runner for about 8 years. She has completed a number of 50km events, which all take place on the trail! She only ever stuck with running because she found the right coach - who taught her that you follow your own pace, you never get left behind, and you are a hero for doing what many will not.
