Restorative Yoga is a very gentle practice where poses are held for several minutes, and the student is completely supported with props. The body is fully resting and relaxing into the props so that the nervous system can unravel and come back to a state of balance.
This practice is amazing for people recovering from injury or illness, but also excellent for releasing stale emotions and trauma.
