  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Place vegetables in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices. Stir or toss well.
  3. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 40 - 45 minutes, stirring once.
  4. Remove from oven when ready. Serve and enjoy!
