I was introduced to Yoga in the later 1980s, but at that time it didn't connect with me. However, I later spent time in an Ashram and began meditating. Then, about 10 years ago I found myself connecting with Yoga. I think because I have a dancing background I've always enjoyed the movement, the combination of meditation and yoga brings those two elements together, so it just because of a natural fit.
I've been teaching yoga for just over two years, initially because I wanted to deepen my practice but then I was offered an opportunity to teach a class and, before I knew it, I was teaching several yoga classes, meditation classes and recently authored a book - "The Dance of Dynamic Peace" - which is now available on Amazon.
