A healing bath is an intentional ritual that you can perform, as a dedication to yourself for being the amazing person that you are. You can set powerful intentions for this bath, and the relaxing nature of a warm bath will allow your intentions to be manifested with ease.
Just as with any ritual, the more prepared you are in advance, the more meaning there will be infused into the ritual itself. Each of these steps is small and manageable, and should fit right into your regular routines. If you don’t make a big deal out of getting these things done, it will feel much easier. (Just do it).
When you get some time, sit down with a pen and paper. Think about the intention or goal you’d like to manifest, and ask yourself – “Why is this important to me?”. Write down a colour (or colours) that you associate with your intention. If you can find a candle in your chosen colour, you can carve a symbol in it to represent your intention. *BONUS POINTS: Super pre-planning step: Think about your intention while you are holding a clear glass filled with water. Then place the glass of water in the light of the full moon for 3 days (day before, day of and day after).
