1 bunch Kale, de-ribbed and torn into 1 1/2 inch pieces
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Arrange oven racks onto top and bottom thirds of oven. Preheat oven to 350F.
Place kale in a large bowl and pour olive oil over top. Using your hands, massage the olive oil into the kale leaves, ensuring that none of the kale is left dry. When you’re almost there, sprinkle seasonings over top, and mix in. Place kale in an even layer onto two baking sheets. Place both baking sheets in oven. Roast 10 minutes, then switch the baking sheets, in order to cook kale evenly. Roast for another 5 – 10 minutes, or until kale is crispy.
