Ingredients:
1 cup Almond or Soy Milk, unsweetened
1 tsp grated turmeric root, or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 – 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Warm the milk and turmeric in a small pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Once warm, remove from heat and add in sweetener. Froth with a whisk, if desired. Enjoy!
