Boiling Water 1 Tbsp Peppermint Leaves (Organic, if possible) 1 Tsp fresh or dried Lavender Flowers 1 – 2 tsp Unpasteurized Honey
Instructions: Place herbs in a tea strainer over a ceramic mug. Pour boiling water over top and steep for 10 minutes. Remove strainer & herbs. Stir in honey to taste. Sip slowly and mindfully. Enjoy!
