2/3 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Coconut Palm Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Ground Flax mixed with 2 Tbsp warm water
1 cup All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Large Flake Oats
1 cup Quick Oats
1 cup Sultana Raisins
1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat Oils till creamy.
Add Sugar and Vanilla, and beat till creamy again.
Add Egg and Flax water mixture, beat till Super Creamy!
Add Baking Soda and Salt to bowl & incorporate well.
Add remaining ingredients (flour to Chia Seeds), and beat till well combined.
Spoon onto parchment lined cookie sheets. About a walnut sized ball. Flatten with moistened fork.
Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown around bottom edges
