1/2 cup packed Kale, de-stemmed
1 banana, peeled
1 cup mixed frozen berries (Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries & Blueberries)
1 full scoop Vega Vanilla Performance Protein Powder
1 ounce Udo’s Oil (vegetarian blend)
Pack kale into smoothie cup. Break banana into pieces & place on top of kale. Scoop berries
overtop. Put in protein powder. Fill cup with water, about an inch below berries. Pour in Udo’s
Oil. Blend until completely smooth. Makes 2 large servings. Enjoy!
