Ingredients:
1 Peppermint Teabag
3/4 cup Fresh Brewed Coffee or Espresso
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
3 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
1 – 2 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
2 Tbsp Almond or Soy Milk
Vegan Marshmallows or Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions:
Pour hot coffee over teabag in a good sized mug. Steep 5 minutes. Remove teabag, squeezing out any remaining liquid. Add remaining ingredients to tea and stir or whisk well. Garnish with marshmallows or a spoonful of chocolate chips. Enjoy!
