Nicole Aracki: Founder,  Change Maker and Visionary 

Nicole Aracki

Nicole is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200), a Reiki Master, and an Ultrarunner.

She is very good at connecting with people on the deepest level, and is known for her open and generous heart. Nicole makes people feel loved, respected and always welcome.

In her words: Nothing makes me feel happier than knowing that I helped someone to see themselves in a new light.

I thrive on helping people – whether that’s in a yoga class, or through a kind gesture such as a smile, holding the door for someone, or giving a compliment. I just love to make people smile!

When I teach yoga, I often ask “What do you need?” when we move into a resting pose – ie: Child’s Pose or Downward Dog. I give you this option because it is only when you ask your own self these questions will you feel more inclined to answer them. (And those answers will be much more profound for you). Loraine Couturier: RYT200, Skilled Producer and Content Manager

Loraine Couturier

Loraine received her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Soul Change in January 2019.

Loraine is a digital nomad who travels the world with her laptop. She has worked across many industries – from luxury hospitality to high-end financial trading companies, and many places in between.

She is now a freelance writer who specializes in Yoga, Meditation and the Spiritual Healing Journey.

She is currently living and thriving in Thailand.

Paula Purpur, RYT200

Paula Purpur has been involved in the fitness industry for 25 years in various disciplines. Her latest love is yoga, having completed the 200 hour teacher training in 2017 with Todd Inyoue and Lila Rasa Brown.

Paula’s experience with past fitness expertise as well as a career in healthcare make her knowledgeable and mindful in human anatomy and alignment.

Her knowledge base and as well as personal experience with back issues has her passionate about helping others with chronic back pain issues.

Taylor Farrer, RYT200

Taylor Farrer

I began practicing yoga about 2.5 years ago as a way to ease my anxiety and depression issues, and after starting my personal practice at home by following videos on YouTube, I became hooked! I loved the way yoga made me feel during and after practice, and I slowly started to incorporate it into my regular routine.

I started volunteering at the Yoga Loft in Kamloops as an effort to expand my practice and take regular classes outside of home. One day, I saw Nicole’s poster for her teacher training.

I had thought about taking teacher training for a while, but when I noticed the poster, I instantly took a picture of the poster and thought, “yup, this is it!”

I received my 200 hour teacher certificate through Nicole Aracki’s Soul Change Studio in January of 2019. I would describe my teaching style as fun and lighthearted! I can be a little goofy and silly at times, and I love to incorporate that into my teaching!

My favourite style is restorative yoga, I love to show people how to relax and melt right into their props!
