< id="zlrecipe-ingredients-list">< id="zlrecipe-ingredient-0" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">6 slices zucchini < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-1" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">2 slices favourite bread < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-2" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">Margarine < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-3" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Hummus < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-4" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/4 Avocado < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-5" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">10 thin strips Red Pepper < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-6" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">Red Onion, sliced < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-7" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">Small Handful Spinach < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-8" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">*Optional: Hot Pepper Rings & Daiya Mozza Cheese < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-9" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">< id="zlrecipe-instructions-list" class="instructions">< id="zlrecipe-instruction-0" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Saute zucchini in a frying pan with a tiny drizzle of oil. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-1" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cook till golden brown, then sprinkle with salt & set aside. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-2" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Set the frying pan on medium heat. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-3" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spread margarine on the one side of each slice of bread. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-4" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Stack slices, margarine together. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-5" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Spread hummus on dry side of one slice. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-6" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Press red peppers, onion, zucchini and hot peppers (if using) on top of hummus. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-7" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cover with spinach. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-8" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Using a fork, mash avocado on top of spinach. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-9" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Sprinkle with Daiya cheese (if using). < id="zlrecipe-instruction-10" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Press remaining slice of bread on top of sandwich, then place sandwich into frying pan. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-11" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">(You may want to press top slice on once it's in the pan!) < id="zlrecipe-instruction-12" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">While cooking, press another sprinkle of Daiya cheese on top of sandwich. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-13" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Once golden, carefully turn sandwich to grill the other side till golden. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-14" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Enjoy with pickles or more hot pepper rings! https://soulchange.co/2018/07/grilled-veg-sandwich/
