LEAD TRAINER: Nicole Aracki is an Experienced Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Restorative Bodywork Practitioner. She is known for her well-rounded teaching style – incorporating both relaxation, as well as challenge into her yoga classes. Nicole is a deep and insightful teacher who prides herself on serving through yoga. She teaches intuitively, following the needs of her students by way of listening to subtle clues.

ANATOMY IN MOTION: Veronica McIlvenna is a certified yoga teacher, experienced bodyworker and a Reiki Master. She lives her life by walking the path of yoga – “she walks the talk” with a deep personal yoga and meditation practice. She is well-versed in the language of fascia, as well as emotions we hold in the body. Veronica was a competitor in ultrarunning for a number of years, and is extremely adept at understanding the body’s anatomy.

MEDITATION: Wayne Porterfield has been practicing meditation for 30 years. He has a deep personal practice and the experience of spending 5 years of contemporary meditative study in the United States under the guidance of Vivikananda (known in the US as Master Charles), a disciple of Swami Muktananda the founder of the Siddha Foundation.
Wayne has a background in Human Resources and a certification in coaching. He trained with Todd Inouye and completed the Yoga Loft’s teacher training in 2017.
