Aaaaahhh … can you feel the change in the air? Mother Nature has a way of giving little hints of what’s to come – an unusually warm day that forces us to take off the heavy coat, to step out the door without mitts, or to wear regular shoes again! This can mean that you forgo attending your regular yoga classes and head outdoors instead.
And that is okay ~ You should be outside!
However ….. you may want to consider keeping up with your yoga practice even if it’s just 1 – 2 times per week.
Keeping up with a year-round practice has many benefits to your longevity, ability to stay calm and is also a great immune booster!
