Nicole's Favourite Smoothie
< id="zlrecipe-ingredients-list">< id="zlrecipe-ingredient-0" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/2 cup packed Kale, destemmed < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-1" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1 banana, peeled < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-2" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1 cup mixed frozen berries (Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries & Blueberries) < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-3" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1 full scoop Vega Vanilla Performance Protein Powder < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-4" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">Cold Water < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-5" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1 ounce Udo's Oil (vegetarian blend)< id="zlrecipe-instructions-list" class="instructions">< id="zlrecipe-instruction-0" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Pack kale into smoothie cup. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-1" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Break banana into pieces & place on top of kale. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-2" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Scoop berries overtop. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-3" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Put in protein powder. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-4" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Fill cup with water, about an inch below berries. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-5" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Pour in Udo's Oil. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-6" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Blend until completely smooth. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-7" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Makes 2 large servings. https://soulchange.co/2018/01/nicoles-favourite-smoothie/
