< id="zlrecipe-ingredients-list">< id="zlrecipe-ingredient-0" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">2 cups Adams Natural Peanut Butter (salted) < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-1" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/2 cup Buckwheat Groats < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-2" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/4 cup Raw Sesame Seeds < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-3" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/4 cup Hemp Hearts < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-4" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">3/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, etc) < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-5" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-6" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">3/4 cup unsweetened coconut < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-7" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">3 Tbsp Liquid, Unpasteurized Honey < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-8" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">1/2 cup quick oats < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-9" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">generous sprinkle of turmeric & cinnamon < id="zlrecipe-ingredient-10" class="ingredient" itemprop="ingredients">Optional: 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips< id="zlrecipe-instructions-list" class="instructions">< id="zlrecipe-instruction-0" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">Combine all ingredients very well. < id="zlrecipe-instruction-1" class="instruction" itemprop="recipeInstructions">If too sticky to form balls, add more oats until mixture holds together in a ball.
