Sriracha Quinoa

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Soy Seasoning
  • 1 - 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Lacinato or Black Kale, chopped
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Bragg's, curry powder, granulated garlic, salt & Sriracha sauce. Whisk well till combined.
  • Add quinoa and vegetables, stir well.
  • Serve warm or chilled!
